By accessing this Website, booking a reading, scheduling Spiritual Works/Services, purchasing a product, registering for a Masterclass, or booking a Personal Spiritual Guidance service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase or book services through this Website. If services for minors are ever offered, they may require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian and may be subject to additional terms. You agree to provide accurate and current information when making purchases, registrations, or bookings.

4. Personal Spiritual Guidance with Manbo Kapab is a private, personalized service intended to support spiritual education, reflection, cultural understanding, personal development, and spiritual
growth. Services may include an Initial Spiritual Consultation, 4-Week Spiritual Guidance, 8-Week Spiritual Guidance, or other programs offered through the Website. Important Disclaimer Personal Spiritual Guidance is spiritual and educational in nature. Manbo Kapab does not guarantee any particular spiritual, financial, romantic, health, fertility, immigration, legal, employment, or other personal outcome. Spiritual Guidance is not a substitute for services provided by licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other qualified professionals. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact an appropriate licensed
professional or emergency service. This distinction is particularly important because advertising claims generally must be truthful and non-deceptive, and objective health claims require appropriate substantiation.
5. Vodou Masterclasses
Vodou Masterclasses with Manbo Kapab are educational programs intended to provide participants with culturally grounded education about Haitian Vodou, its history, traditions, spirituality, practices, and related subjects.
Masterclasses may be offered:

• Online
• Privately
• To groups
• Through organizations, universities, cultural institutions, or community programs
Each Masterclass may have its own description, schedule, price, materials, requirements, and participation guidelines. Registration in a Masterclass does not constitute initiation into Vodou, establish a clergy relationship, or guarantee spiritual abilities, spiritual relationships, or particular outcomes.
6. Spiritual Readings
Spiritual readings offered by Manbo Kapab are intended to provide spiritual insight, reflection, and guidance based on Manbo Kapab’s spiritual practice and tradition Readings should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Interpretations and spiritual insights may vary, and no particular event, prediction, result, or outcome is guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions following a reading.
7. Spiritual Works & Personalized Spiritual Services
Manbo Kapab may offer individualized spiritual works or services based on a client’s circumstances and spiritual consultation. The nature, materials, preparation time, price, and instructions associated with a spiritual service may vary. Where appropriate, the client will be informed of the price and general scope of the service before payment is accepted. Payment for spiritual work compensates Manbo Kapab for her time, knowledge, preparation, materials, spiritual service, and related work. Payment does not purchase or guarantee a specific outcome.
No guarantee is made regarding results involving:
love or relationships • money or wealth • employment • legal matters • immigration • fertility
or pregnancy • health or healing • reconciliation • protection • removal of spiritual conditions
• or any other personal outcome.
This doesn’t mean you’re saying you don’t believe in the work you perform. Legally/business- wise, you’re making the distinction that the client is paying you to perform the agreed service—not purchasing a guaranteed supernatural result.
8. Spiritual Products
ManboKapab.com may sell candles, spiritual kits, oils, baths, herbs, books, ritual supplies, prepared items, and other spiritual products. Descriptions of spiritual or traditional uses are provided for cultural, spiritual, traditional, or educational purposes. Unless expressly supported and legally permitted, spiritual products are not represented as medications or as products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual experiences with spiritual products may vary, and no particular spiritual, financial, romantic, health, legal, or personal result is guaranteed by purchasing or using a product. Customers are responsible for following provided instructions and using products appropriately.
9. Candle & Fire Safety
Candles and other flame-based products must be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and unstable surfaces. Customers should follow any safety instructions included with the product.
Langlichmie LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow provided safety instructions, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Booking & Payment
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method displayed at checkout or communicated in connection with your booking. Current payment methods may include credit/debit card, Zelle, PayPal, or other approved methods. A booking is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued. Payment Plans Where a payment plan is offered, the client is responsible for making each payment by the stated due date. Failure to complete the required payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of remaining sessions or participation until the outstanding balance is resolved. Payment plans do not change the total price of the service unless expressly stated.
11. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Personal Spiritual Guidance Clients may request to reschedule a private session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the session being forfeited. Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable. If Manbo Kapab must cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be offered an alternative date or an appropriate refund for the affected session. Masterclasses
Masterclass registrations are subject to the refund and cancellation policy displayed at the time of registration. Because Masterclasses require advance planning, limited seating, materials, venue expenses, and preparation, certain registration fees, deposits, or material costs may be non-refundable when clearly disclosed before purchase. If Manbo Kapab or Langlichmie LLC cancels a Masterclass, registered participants will be offered an alternative date, credit, or refund as appropriate.
12. Books, Products & Spiritual Materials
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products available through ManboKapab.com. Product photographs are for presentation purposes, and colors, packaging, appearance, or other minor characteristics may vary. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.
13. Returns, Refunds & Final-Sale Items
Eligible unopened and unused physical products may be returned according to the return policy displayed at the time of purchase. For hygiene, safety, personalization, spiritual preparation, or other appropriate reasons, certain products may be designated FINAL SALE or non-returnable when clearly disclosed before purchase: Personalized spiritual products • prepared spiritual works • opened candles/oils/baths • custom kits • digital products • downloadable materials • completed readings • completed consultations • completed spiritual services. If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact Manbo Kapab or Langlichmie llc within the stated reporting period with photographs or other reasonable documentation so we can review the issue. Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from our error. Because refund rules can depend on the type of transaction, your actual checkout disclosures should match these Terms. Florida also has specific notice requirements concerning refund policies for certain retail merchandise sales.
14. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on destination and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, and other governmental fees unless otherwise stated.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content made available through ManboKapab.com—including text, photographs, graphics, videos, course materials, workbooks, Masterclass curricula, presentations, recordings, educational materials, logos, and original written content—is owned by Langlichmie LLC and/or its applicable rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual- property laws. Purchasing a Masterclass or Spiritual Guidance program gives you access for your personal use only.
You may not, without prior written permission:
• Record an entire Masterclass or private session;
• Copy or reproduce course materials;
• Upload materials online;
• Sell or redistribute workbooks;
• Teach or commercially reproduce Manbo Kapab’s curriculum;
• Livestream a class;
• Republish paid content;
• Use our branding or materials to create derivative commercial programs.
Purchasing access to educational content does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

16. Confidentiality & Privacy During Spiritual Guidance

We will not treat participation in a private Spiritual Guidance session as automatic permission to publicly use a client’s personal story or testimonial. Where photographs, video, testimonials, interviews, or recordings are requested for promotional or educational use, additional consent may be obtained when appropriate.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will receive the same results. This matters because the FTC’s advertising rules also apply to testimonials; a testimonial cannot be used as a workaround for an unsupported objective claim.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to individuals engaging in harassment, threats, discriminatory behavior, deliberate disruption, unauthorized recording, or conduct that compromises the safety or integrity of a program.

You may not use ManboKapab.com to:

Spiritual experiences are personal and may vary. Neither Manbo Kapab nor Langlichmie LLC guarantees that participation in Spiritual Guidance, a Vodou Masterclass, or use of any spiritual or educational product will produce a particular result. Payment is for the service, instruction, materials, time, preparation, or product provided—not for a guaranteed spiritual outcome. I would make that sentence prominent. It communicates the business relationship very clearly without disrespecting your spiritual beliefs.
23. Privacy
Use of ManboKapab.com is subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
24. Changes to These Terms
