MANBO KAPAB | SPIRITUAL WORK CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies specifically to personalized spiritual works and spiritual services
purchased from Manbo Kapab / Langlichmie LLC.

1. All Spiritual Work Is Non-Refundable

All payments made for spiritual works and personalized spiritual services are final and non-refundable.
When a client requests and pays for spiritual work, they are compensating Manbo Kapab for her time, knowledge, preparation, spiritual service, materials, and other resources associated with performing the requested work. Because spiritual work may require advance preparation, materials, time, and individualized attention, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation by the Client

A client may request that a spiritual work be discontinued; however, cancellation by the client does not create an entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid. Any unpaid future service that has not yet been agreed to or purchased is not affected.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Payment for spiritual work is payment for the service performed, not for a guaranteed result. Manbo Kapab does not guarantee any particular outcome involving love, relationships, reconciliation, money, employment, business, immigration, legal matters, fertility, pregnancy, health, protection, spiritual conditions, or other personal circumstances. Spiritual experiences and outcomes may vary from person to person.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, and circumstances. Spiritual services do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

5. Cancellation by Manbo Kapab

If Manbo Kapab determines that she cannot perform a paid spiritual service before the service has begun, the client may be offered a refund, credit, or other appropriate resolution. If circumstances outside Manbo Kapab’s reasonable control interrupt a service after preparation or work has begun, the parties may discuss an appropriate alternative, where applicable.

6. Acceptance

By purchasing spiritual work from Manbo Kapab, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Spiritual Work Cancellation & Refund Policy.
