PERSONAL SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE PROGRAM AGREEMENT
For 4-Week & 8-Week Clients

This agreement establishes the expectations and boundaries for clients enrolling in an ongoing Personal Spiritual Guidance program.

1. Program Selected

2. Purpose of the Program

Personal Spiritual Guidance provides structured one-on-one support focused on areas
such as spiritual education, Haitian Vodou history and traditions, self-reflection, ancestral
and family history, spiritual discipline, personal questions, and spiritual development.
The exact content may be personalized according to the client’s needs and progress.

3. Sessions

Sessions are generally approximately 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Clients are expected to arrive or connect on time. Time lost because of client lateness may not be added to the end of the scheduled appointment.

4. Communication Between Sessions

Personal Spiritual Guidance does not include unlimited telephone calls, texts, social- media messages, or emergency access to Manbo Kapab. Reasonable communication regarding scheduling, assignments, or brief clarification may be permitted. Matters requiring substantial discussion should generally be addressed during a scheduled session. I strongly recommend keeping this boundary. Without it, an 8-week $750 program can easily become eight sessions plus two months of unlimited private access to you.

5. Payment Plans

Clients selecting a payment plan agree to make each installment by its stated due date. The first payment reserves the client’s participation and begins the program. Remaining sessions may be paused if a scheduled installment is not received. Payments already applied to completed sessions, preparation, materials, or services are non refundable except where required by law.

6. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to request rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be refunded or replaced. If Manbo Kapab must reschedule a session, an alternative appointment will be offered.

7. Program Participation

The client understands that progress requires active participation.
Depending on the program, clients may receive:
• Reading or educational material
• Reflection questions

• Journaling assignments
• Personal exercises
• Suggested spiritual disciplines
• A Spiritual Guidance workbook
• Recommendations for further learning
The client decides whether and how to implement recommendations and remains responsible for personal decisions.

8. Spiritual Practices

Any spiritual practice discussed or suggested will be presented within the scope of Manbo Kapab’s tradition, experience, and educational/spiritual role. Participation in Spiritual Guidance does not automatically mean that a client requires spiritual work, initiation, a particular Lwa relationship, or any specific ritual. Where a separate spiritual service or product is recommended, the client may decide whether to purchase it. Spiritual Guidance fees do not automatically include separate spiritual works,
ceremonies, products, materials, or Masterclasses unless expressly stated. That sentence is important commercially. Your $400 client should not assume every additional service you offer is included in the program.

9. No Guarantee

Manbo Kapab provides her time, knowledge, guidance, preparation, and educational/spiritual services. No particular spiritual or life result is promised or guaranteed.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

Personal information voluntarily shared during sessions will be treated respectfully and handled with reasonable care in accordance with the ManboKapab.com Privacy Policy. Spiritual Guidance does not create a legally privileged professional relationship. Client stories, photographs, testimonials, recordings, or identifying information will not be used publicly merely because the client participated in the program. Separate permission should be obtained where appropriate.

11. Recording

Clients may not record sessions without prior permission. Manbo Kapab will not record private Spiritual Guidance sessions without informing the client and obtaining any consent required for the intended recording.

12. Intellectual Property

The Personal Spiritual Guidance curriculum, workbook, questions, exercises, educational materials, written content, and original teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Langlichmie LLC and/or the applicable rights holder. The client receives a limited right to use materials for their own personal development. The materials may not be reproduced, taught, resold, distributed, published, uploaded, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

13. Ending the Guidance Relationship

Either party may determine that continuing the program is no longer appropriate. Manbo Kapab reserves the right to discontinue services because of harassment, threats, repeated boundary violations, nonpayment, inappropriate conduct, or circumstances in which another type of professional assistance would be more appropriate. Any financial resolution will be handled according to the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund policies and applicable law.

14. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

I understand what Personal Spiritual Guidance is and is not.
I understand the payment and cancellation policies.
I understand that results are not guaranteed.
I understand that I remain responsible for my personal decisions.
