SPIRITUAL READINGS POLICY & CONSENT

This Spiritual Readings Policy & Consent (“Policy”) applies to spiritual readings provided by Manbo Kapab through Langlichmie LLC.
By booking and participating in a Spiritual Reading, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. NATURE OF A SPIRITUAL READING
Spiritual Readings with Manbo Kapab are private spiritual services intended to provide spiritual insight, reflection, interpretation, and guidance based on Manbo Kapab’s spiritual practice, knowledge, experience, and tradition. A reading may explore questions or circumstances presented by the client and may include spiritual observations or guidance appropriate to the session. Each person’s experience is unique. A Spiritual Reading is not a promise that a particular event will or will not occur.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be at least 18 years old to independently book a Spiritual Reading unless Manbo Kapab expressly agrees otherwise and appropriate parental or legal guardian consent is obtained.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Spiritual Readings are interpretive and spiritual in nature. Manbo Kapab does not guarantee predictions, timelines, events, or specific outcomes.
No guarantee is made regarding:
• Love, relationships, or reconciliation;
• Marriage or separation;
• Money, wealth, or business;
• Employment;
• Legal matters;
• Immigration;
• Fertility or pregnancy;
• Health or healing;
• Protection;
• Spiritual conditions;
• The actions or decisions of another person; or
• Any other future or personal outcome.
Information received during a reading should not be interpreted as a guaranteed prediction
or promise.
4. CLIENT DECISION-MAKING
A Spiritual Reading may provide perspective or spiritual guidance, but the client remains responsible for all personal decisions and actions. Clients should use their own judgment when making decisions concerning relationships, finances, employment, health, legal matters, family, or other significant life circumstances. The final decision always belongs to the client.
5. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Spiritual Readings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional services. Nothing communicated during a reading should be used as a substitute for appropriate professional assistance. When a matter requires medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional expertise, clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
6. BOOKING & PAYMENT
A Spiritual Reading is considered booked once the required payment has been received and the appointment has been confirmed. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing the date and time provided in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, payment must be completed before the scheduled reading.
7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Clients who need to reschedule should provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, missed appointments, and no-shows may be considered used and non-refundable. If Manbo Kapab must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be offered another available appointment or an appropriate refund for the affected service.
8. LATE ARRIVALS
Clients are expected to be available at the scheduled appointment time. A client’s late arrival may reduce the length of the reading so that appointments scheduled afterward are not affected. Additional time is not guaranteed. A substantially late or missed appointment may be treated as a no-show according to the applicable booking policy.
9. COMPLETED READINGS
Once a Spiritual Reading has been substantially or fully provided, the service is considered completed. Completed readings are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Payment compensates Manbo Kapab for the scheduled time, spiritual service, knowledge, preparation, and reading provided—not for a guaranteed result or a particular answer. A client disagreeing with, being disappointed by, or not receiving the answer they expected from a reading does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund.
10. READINGS AND SPIRITUAL WORK
A Spiritual Reading and Spiritual Work are separate services. A reading does not automatically include spiritual work, ritual services, products, materials, ceremonies, Personal Spiritual Guidance, or Masterclasses. If spiritual work or another service is discussed or recommended following a reading, the client is free to decide whether to proceed. Any additional service must be separately agreed upon and may have its own price, terms, and policies. Purchasing a reading does not obligate the client to purchase additional spiritual services. I would definitely keep that sentence. It creates a healthy and professional distinction between receiving spiritual information and deciding whether to purchase another service.
11. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Manbo Kapab recognizes that clients may share personal and sensitive information during Spiritual Readings. Information voluntarily shared during a private reading will be treated respectfully and handled with reasonable care in accordance with the ManboKapab.com Privacy Policy. However, Spiritual Readings do not create legally privileged relationships comparable to attorney-client, physician-patient, or licensed psychotherapist-patient relationships. Clients should share only information they are comfortable providing and that is reasonably relevant to the service.
12. RECORDING
Clients may not audio-record, video-record, photograph, livestream, or otherwise reproduce a private Spiritual Reading without prior permission from Manbo Kapab. Manbo Kapab will not publicly use a client’s private reading, personal story, identifying information, photograph, recording, or testimonial merely because the client purchased a
service. Separate permission may be requested where Manbo Kapab wishes to use identifiable client content for promotional or educational purposes.
13. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Spiritual Readings are provided within a professional spiritual-service environment. Harassment, threats, abusive communication, discriminatory conduct, sexual misconduct, deliberate disruption, or repeated violation of professional boundaries will not be tolerated. Manbo Kapab reserves the right to end or refuse a session where reasonably necessary to maintain safety, dignity, professional boundaries, or the integrity of the service.
14. COMMUNICATION AFTER A READING
Purchasing a Spiritual Reading does not provide unlimited follow-up access to Manbo Kapab. Brief administrative communication regarding the appointment may be permitted. Additional spiritual questions, new circumstances, extended interpretation, or requests for another reading may require a separate appointment.
